About
Sue Zalli
Psychotherapist, Pre Accredited Member, IACP
I work with adults who are going through something heavy, confusing, or long term. Some people arrive in the middle of a crisis; others come because life looks fine from the outside and doesn't feel that way from the inside. Both are good reasons to come.
My approach is integrative and humanistic: rather than applying one fixed method, I draw on different therapeutic approaches and shape the work around the person in front of me. What stays constant is the relationship, a steady, accepting space where you can say the things you don't say elsewhere.
I am a Pre Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and work within its code of ethics and practice, with ongoing supervision and continued professional development.
How I work
Led by you
You set the pace and the subject. My role is to stay alongside you, not to steer you somewhere you haven't chosen.
Warm and unhurried
Sessions are calm and conversational. Silence is allowed, tears are allowed, and so is laughing.
Confidential
What you bring stays between us, within the ethical limits set out by the IACP code of ethics.
