Individual psychotherapy

Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, at the same time each week. How long we work together is entirely your decision. Some people come for a few sessions, others for longer.

What to expect in person

You'll be shown into a private room with a comfortable armchair, warm lamp light and tissues to hand. We sit facing each other, there is water available, and the door stays closed for the full 50 minutes. The first session is mostly a conversation about what brings you here and how you'd like things to feel.
